She was born in Rochester, NY - with her family from Buffalo and in the bar/restaurant business.

They met in Los Angeles at his Santa Monica pizzeria, the comfort of home was found; it was down-to-earth, it was fun, and it was the place you wanted to go to at the end of the day.

Twenty years later, they have opened the same style pizzeria in Fort Mill, South Carolina, dedicated to serving New York inspired pizza and Buffalo wings in that same welcoming atmosphere - but we just like to call it Fort Mill Pizza.
